THIS WILL BE MY FIRST BOARD GAME CONVENTION. HOW DOES IT WORK?

PPG is honored and excited to have you as our guest for the weekend. The convention doors open on Friday at 5:00PM and close on Sunday at 3:00PM. Badge holders may come and go from the hall as they please. Each badge holder can check out any game from The Vault and begin playing immediately. Grab some friends, make new ones, teach games you know, or learn new ones…our primary goal is to provide a relaxing and fun space to play quality board games.

WHERE WILL THE CONVENTION BE HELD?

The convention will take place at Memorial Hall in Manitou Springs City Hall, located at:

WHAT IS "THE VAULT", AND WHEN WILL IT BE OPEN?

The Vault is our library of over 1500 board games that will be available during the convention. The Vault is open for game check out during the following times:

  • Friday: 5:00PM – 2:00 AM
  • Saturday: 8:00AM – 2:00 AM
  • Sunday: 8:00AM – 2:00PM

Games can be checked out overnight (one per gamer), so attendees can continue the gaming party around town.

HOW MUCH DOES THE CONVENTION COST?

We have limited number of Full-Weekend and Same-Day badges.

Full-Weekend badges can be purchased for $60 + tax prior to April 4th AND throughout the weekend (if available). This is the BEST value!

Same-day badges may ONLY be purchased at the door for that day for $35 + tax.
Important: These badges will be limited based on number of full-weekend badges to ensure there is plenty of table space for all attendees. 

DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?

Yes! Attendees can receive full refunds for All-Weekend Badges through TableTop.Events up to 7 days before April 4th, 2025.

WITH OVER A THOUSAND BOARDGAMES TO CHOOSE FROM, HOW DO I PICK?
The Vault page previews our library and links directly to our full board game library. Smiley, our gaming sommelier, is also available at our convention to assist in curating your gaming adventure. See his board game recommendations by genre.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR LODGING?

WILL THERE BE ANY VENDORS PRESENT DURING THE CONVENTION?

We love vendors, but to ensure there is plenty of room for all gamers, we will not have space, but we are looking at ways to help promote local, board game-related businesses and others during the convention and through Table Top Events (our new convention management system). We’ll be sure to post when we have more details about this.

TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE PARKS AND OUTDOOR OPTIONS FOR BOARDGAMING?
Directly adjacent to Memorial Hall is Mansions Pavilion. Across the street is Memorial Park with a large grass area and playground. Both of these locations offer an ideal location for outdoor games.
WHAT ARE MY TRANSPORTATION/PARKING OPTIONS FOR GETTING TO AND FROM THE EVENT?
Manitou Springs is conveniently located near I-25, just outside of Colorado Springs, Colorado. The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is recommended for flights in and out of Colorado Springs. Taxis, Uber, Lyft, etc. are all available for transportation from COS to Manitou Springs. Once you arrive in Manitou Springs, enjoy the free shuttle service that runs through town. Services such as hotels/motels, restaurants, shopping, and a neighborhood grocery stores are all within easy walking distance from the convention. Rental car service is available from COS if desired. Denver International Airport (DIA) is 70 miles away (~1.5 hour drive) from Manitou Springs, with shuttle service available to downtown Colorado Springs.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO ENTER THE EVENT?

Attendees must be 13 years of age or older. All minors, 17 and under, must have an attending Parent or Guardian on the premises, both with a badge, at all times.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO THE CONVENTION?
You are only required to bring a copy (digital or print) of your ticket from Table Top Events. Feel free to bring games from your own collection. Food and drinks (excluding alcohol) can be brought into Memorial Hall.
