Available parking and cost varies around the convention hall. The most affordable parking is green Economy parking about a block east of the hall at $2.00/day. Please use the parking and free shuttle maps below for details on where to park. ]]> We’re happy to say we will not have to deal with construction around the convention hall this year! Huzzah! Which means more parking options. Please refer to the list and map for where parking is (mostly) free and open to the public.

  • There’s a parking lot behind Manitou Springs City Hall that is for city staff Monday-Friday 8a-5p. The parking lot is open to the public outside of those hours on a first come, first served basis.
  • Hiawatha Gardens Parking Lot
  • Street parking around Memorial Park on El Paso Blvd and Manitou Ave

Purple – Parking lots
Yellow – Street parking (mostly free except directly in front of the convention hall on Manitou Ave.)

]]> It is said construction is Colorado’s fifth season. Manitou streets are undergoing a major facelift around the convention hall, which means parking is going to be a slight adventure. If you are unable to find parking adjacent to the hall, there are several parking lots and more street parking if you keep heading west on Manitou Ave.

This is the current state of parking around the convention hall:

  • Yellow Highlight – you may find free parking in these areas.
  • Red Highlight – street closed due to construction.
