Vendor Registration Info
Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for our board game convention in May! We strive to be as transparent as possible about the logistics. We will do everything we can to make this a worthwhile and fun event for you.
As a vendor, you agree to the following:
A. Our Philosophy: The goal of having vendors at our convention is to enhance our attendees‘ experience by having products and services available for purchase and to provide the opportunity for vendors to be as successful selling their wares.
B. Code of Conduct: As a vendor at our convention, attendees and the public alike will associate their experiences with you to Pikes Peak Gamers. We know that you will do your utmost in treating all participants with respect and help create a memorable experience for everyone.
C. Vendor Booths: We will have six booths inside Memorial Hall this year. Each booth will be 10′ x 6′
D. What we will provide:
- One long (8′ x 2.5′) table
- Black table cloth
- Four chairs (more available upon request)
E. One Flat Fee: $50 – Covers one booth for Saturday and Sunday. Fees are payable through Eventbrite.
F. Manitou Springs Vendor Permits: The City of Manitou Springs charges a vendor fee of $12 per vendor per day. This is included in your registration fees, and we will pay that on your behalf.
G. Vendor Sales Tax: You are responsible for paying all required sales tax.
H. Hours: Vendor hours will be from 10:00 am – 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The public will be welcome to visit vendor area. You may begin setting up at 9:00 AM.
I. Convention Badges: All vendors are welcome to join our gaming convention, but are required to purchase a discounted day badge of $15 per person per day.
J. Deadline: The completed Vendor Registration Form and payment must be received by April 19th, 2020 10:00 PM. First-come, first-serve. If we receive more registrations than we have space for, we will refund 100% of the fees for these Vendors. Note: After this date, the fee is non-refundable.
K. Additional Notes: You are solely responsible to ensure all of your wares, demos, signage, etc. are secure during the event AND in the evenings. Memorial Hall will be locked each night after all gamers have left the premises with the door being unlocked at 8:00 AM each morning. You may wish to cover your booth in the evening or tear down each night. Pikes Peak Gamers shall not be liable for the security of any wares, signage, or product material throughout the event.
